Webb9 juli 2012 · I added a custom flyout button to the main CRM ribbon, it works nicely in Internet Explorer but when I use CRM in outlook the whole ribbon just disappears. weird thing is that I used pretty much the same code for the dashboard ribbon and it work fine in but internet explorer and outlook. WebbNoticed yesterday that desktop Outlook wouldn’t show groups either in the mail pane or the calendar pane. I restarted Outlook and the groups showed up, but all the options for them in the ribbon were greyed out and it said “there is nothing to show” in the preview pane, even though there were obviously messages in them.
