Webb24 mars 2024 · A theorem is a statement that can be demonstrated to be true by accepted mathematical operations and arguments. In general, a theorem is an embodiment of some general principle that makes it part of a larger theory. The process of showing a theorem to be correct is called a proof . Webb7 juli 2024 · We now present an example that will show how the Chinese remainder theorem is used to determine the solution of a given system of congruences. Example 3.4. 1: Solve the system x ≡ 1 ( m o d 2) x ≡ 2 ( m o d 3) x ≡ 3 ( m o d 5). We have N = 2.3.5 = 30. Also (3.4.6) N 1 = 30 / 2 = 15, N 2 = 30 / 3 = 10 and N 3 = 30 / 5 = 6.
